Ergens in de toekomst, maar niet zo ver van het heden, hebben de buitenaardse Taelons, een 
hoogontwikkeld ras, de aardbewoners eindelijk de oplossing voor hun problemen gebracht: 
hongersnood, oorlog en de meeste ziekten zijn dankzij de alien-technologie definitief 
uitgebannen, en het mooiste van al is dat de Taelons niets anders in ruil vragen dan onze 
vriendschap. Maar dát is nu net iets wat sommige mensen niet geloven. Zo twijfelt 
politieofficier William Boone (Kevin Kilner) duidelijk aan de altruïstische motieven van de 
Taelons, zeker nadat zijn vrouw in verdachte omstandigheden overlijdt. Hij laat zich overtuigen 
om zich door de Talonambassadeur voor Amerika, Da'an (Leni Parker) als veiligheidsagent te 
laten rekruteren, en intussen te spioneren voor de rijke industrieel Jonathan Doors (David 
Hemblen). Doors is misschien wel de minst verdachte persoon om wantrouwen te uiten tegenover de 
Taelons, want zijn bedrijf is door de buitenaardse technologie schatrijk geworden. Toch heeft 
Doors ervoor gekozen om onder te duiken en door een netwerk van agenten trachten te weten te 
komen wat nu de werkelijke bedoeling van de Taelons kan zijn

Sometime in the future, but not so far from the present, the alien Taelons,  a highly developed 
race,  the Earthlings finally found the solution to their problems brought: famine, war, and 
most diseases are due to the alien-technology  finally eliminated,  and best of all is that the 
Taelons ask nothing in return than our friendship. But that's just something some people do not 
believe. Thus doubts police officer William Boone (Kevin Kilner) clear to the  altruistic 
motives of the  Taelons, especially after  his wife dies in suspicious circumstances.  He lets 
himself be persuaded  by the Talon Ambassador for America, Da'an (Leni Parker) as a security 
guard to recruiting, and meanwhile spying for the wealthy industrialist Jonathan  Doors (David 
Hemblen). Doors  is perhaps the least suspected person to express distrust towards the Taelons, 
because his company is the  alien technology has become  wealthy. Yet  Doors chose to go into 
hiding and through  a network of agents trying  to find out what the real intention of the 
Taelons may be
